About Us

Munstead Hollow Farm is a family owned and operated farm established in 2018. It is located in beautiful Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Munstead Hollow Farm consists of 18 acres of preserved open space and is surrounded by over 1,000 acres of additional preserved open space. We specialize in the growth of 3 different varieties of lavender. The first variety is Munstead lavender, which is known for its high quality oil. The second variety is Province lavender, which is known for its culinary uses as well as its fragrant scent. Our final and newest is Grosso, which produces beautiful, dried lavender bunches. In addition to our lavender we also have over 25 bee hives on our property. These hives  provide us with delicious all natural local honey. We are dedicated to sustainable farming practices using no pesticides and ensuring that we are good stewards to our environment.
